Graffito is a Boston-based retail real estate advisory and investment firm that excels at the intersection of master planning, retail leasing, and branding.
We plan and establish active, inclusive, and valuable ground floor spaces by elevating creative retail operators and amplifying community character in the places we work. We take this pursuit seriously, knowing that we have the ability to leverage the power of real estate development to spur social and economic investments that tackle systemic inequities and create the types of cities that wants to live in.
Our Approach
Retail real estate development and ground floor activation has never been more challenging. Our approach is designed to meet the demands ahead, tackling the too-often-disconnected planning, marketing, building, leasing, and stabilization phases of a real estate project.
Our point of entry is most often at project inception, when goals, values, timelines, and budgets are first established. Our point of departure is illusive, as our approach is designed to facilitate the occupancy loop (see below) that happens once a place is established, leased, and continually reimagined.
